Maxxlite hydraulic fork customization cooperation: precise adaptation to the U.S. market, efficient delivery to win the trust
Maxxlite has customized a high-performance hydraulic fork for its partners to meet the complex and changing terrain in the United States. Unlike general-purpose models, the damping tuning of this product has been optimized to ensure stable cushioning performance in rugged mountain roads and gravel roads. The product has passed both CE and CPSC certifications and meets the stringent safety standards of the North American market. 2023, the customer’s purchase volume exceeded 20,000 sets, and Maxxlite has become its core supplier, occupying 20% of the supply share in this category.
The customer was particularly pleased with the efficiency of the project. While a typical development cycle for a similar product would take more than two months, the Maxxlite team took only 45 days from the receipt of the request to the completion of mass production. This was due to professional engineering support – in response to customer feedback on oil line sealing and rebound damping issues, engineers redesigned the internal valve structure to improve response sensitivity while maintaining strength.” They really read our needs,” commented the customer’s Director of Purchasing, ”not only did they provide a solution quickly, but the consistency of control after mass production exceeded expectations.”
This cooperation highlights two of Maxxlite’s strengths: first, its scenario-based product development capability, which allows it to adjust technical parameters according to the actual usage environment; and second, its agile manufacturing system, which makes the conversion efficiency from drawings to finished products significantly better than the industry average. At present, the fork has been successfully applied to a variety of mountain models, helping the customer to seize the North American mid-range and high-end market.
